The plot is flanked on the Eastern side by Napean Sea Road while on the western side; the Arabian Sea is visible after 6 floors across Narayan Dabholkar Road.
A ground plus thirty eight storeys building is proposed with four podium levels devoted towards parking and building services with the Amenity floor on fifth level devoted towards Common health and recreation facilities and thirty four residential levels to house 60 premium residences.
The location of the building amidst the verdant greens of Malabar Hill leads to the inspiration of the design as the ‘Hanging Garden’.
