Project Mullanpur (proposed project) is a State of the Art, Eco – friendly, development at New Chandigarh (Mullanpur Planning Area, Mohali). The project has been approved as Mega Residential Project by Punjab Govt. and shall have Residential, Commercial & Institutional areas. In the spirit of the Edict of Chandigarh, the project follows the principles set forth by Le Corbusier, and seeks to apply them to the lifestyles of today. The development attempts to provide a dynamic integrated Live Work community. The living experience aims to reflect the natural character and harmony of Chandigarh, with its lush plantings and modern geometric forms.
The development envisions a linked open spaces/green areas network to make a pedestrian-friendly development. Due thought has been given to a diverse array of commercial, retail and institutional development. Creation of a neighbourhood town-center and a civic common area while achieving a sense of tranquility and peace for each residential unit with a good address are the key aspects of our planning strategy.
